‘Can Communications Be Taught'?
Phill Doulton was asked to present to a medical audience at Broadmoor Hospital.
The speech took place in Crowthorne and went beyond the original one and a half hour time slot. The attendees put forward their ideas, they helped design a role play and assist with an interesting debate on all the aspects of this presentation.
Professional Role Players are now going to help design an ongoing learning project for trainees in Broadmoor, and this programme will be rolled out to other sectors within the hospital.
