Phill is the founder and CEO of PRP, and a pioneer of role play in the UK, introducing the approach over 30 years ago. His blend of business acumen, sector expertise, and passion for improving medical education has been central to PRP’s growth and success. A trained actor from London’s Rose Bruford College, Phill also works as a senior lecturer in communications, combining performance and education to drive innovation in role play-based training.

Fosty has worked as the Finance Director since PRP’s conception. She is a key strategist in the business’s development and her efficiency and attention to detail are fundamental to this role. She is a qualified teacher who worked in the education sector for many years before helping to build PRP in the 1990s.

Danielle leads the delivery of PRP’s medical and corporate projects nationwide, managing operations for NHS Trusts, the GMC, Royal Colleges, universities, and Government and Police programmes. With a BA in History, she brings strong research and organisational skills to her role, ensuring every project is delivered with precision, professionalism, and care. Her strategic oversight and attention to detail have earned consistent praise from clients, making her a trusted and integral part of the PRP team.

Christina specialises in delivering Royal College exams. She enjoys the challenge of large projects and creating strong client partnerships. She has been integral to the development of Osler Online and has managed and delivered examinations across the globe. With a BA and first-class MA, she is a strong communicator who understands the important role communication plays in medical education.

Graham brings over 10 years of managerial experience to his role as Accounts and Finance Manager at PRP. With a first-class degree in Business Management, he oversees financial operations, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring smooth processes and supporting long-term growth. His strategic insight and attention to detail make him a key part of PRP’s leadership team.

Alongside his role at PRP, Kyran is also a semi-professional footballer, bringing valuable discipline, focus, and teamwork to everything he does.

With her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Priscilla is an invaluable part of the PRP team.

As a Psychology graduate with expertise in the topics of protected characteristics and unconscious bias, she takes a special interest in the PRP+ programmes and recruitment process.
