Since pioneering role play in the UK thirty years ago, Phill has utilised his business acumen, extensive knowledge and extraordinary passion for improving the medical sector to grow PRP. He is a senior lecturer in communications and is a trained actor from London’s International Drama School of Theatre and Performance, Rose Bruford College.

Fosty has worked as the Finance Director since PRP’s conception. She is a key strategist in the business’s development and her efficiency and attention to detail are fundamental to this role. She is a qualified teacher who worked in the education sector for many years before helping to build PRP in the 1990s.

Danielle manages the operations desk, leading both medical and corporate projects including NHS National Trusts, the GMC, undergraduate examinations at Universities and Government and Police programmes, nationwide. Graduating with a BA in History, her research skills have proved invaluable for her role at PRP. Her client feedback always reflects the high standard and quality of her work.

Christina specialises in delivering Royal College exams. She enjoys the challenge of large projects and creating strong client partnerships. She has been integral to the development of Osler Online and has managed and delivered examinations across the globe. With a BA and first-class MA, she is a strong communicator who understands the important role communication plays in medical education.

Margarita ensures that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. During her time at Professional Role Players, she has successfully organised various projects and events. As a Psychology graduate with expertise in the topics of protected characteristics and unconscious bias, she takes a special interest in the PRP+ programmes and recruitment process.
