Seeing is Believing is unique one day workshop will be confidential, interactive, reflective, honest, safe and a positive learning experience for all those that attend.
Each participant will take away life-long learning skills. Experiences encountered first hand, that will assist their personal development and in turn will help them in the workplace.
Professional role players are used throughout the day to create authentic situations designed to test personnel, no matter what their level. These encounters can be selected from a pool of scenarios or given to the organisers prior to the training day.
We will look at very sensitive areas of communication, including language, cultural issues, conflict resolution, and workplace experiences et al. and will concentrate on the communication skills, doctor/patient relationships or peer relationships.
All the interactions will be recorded, and participants will receive a DVD. One to one sessions will be held to complete this course. We will play back the DVD and discuss in detail each encounter practiced on the day.
