PrP provide quality personnel that are experienced with Objective Structured Clinical Exams, the basis for most medical assessments. Consistency and standardisation are essential for the success of any exam. Our role players apply these trained skills to their scenarios, enabling assessors to make a direct comparison between each candidate taking part in these specialised examinations. Our strict standardisation training methods are applied to the work we do for the Royal College of Psychiatrists in Sheffield. We provide over 550 fully trained and experienced medical role players for their four day Clinical Assessment of Skills and Competencies Examinations, which are run twice a year.

For some examinations role players are required to give a global rating of the candidates’ communication skills. PrP trains our role players on how to give feedback and they cherish this responsibility and are remarkably fair and considerate to every single candidate.
