Professional role Players Ltd was established over 14 years ago and is a nationwide provider of experienced role players. Phill Doulton, the company founder, originally trained as an actor at Rose Bruford, a leading London Drama School. Thereafter, he aligned his drama techniques to help improve the lives of people with mental health issues or acute learning difficulties. It was at one of these workshops that he was asked if he would be interested in becoming involved with a unique communications teaching programme at Guys Hospital. Phill has taught communications in medicine for countless years and started developing innovative workshops aimed at undergraduates and all levels of healthcare professionals and most recently became a fully qualified business coach. During this time, Professional role Players evolved, starting in the medical field and subsequently expanding into the corporate sector.


To date, PrP has trained and retained over 800 role players, who work continuously throughout the U.K. We have built a core group of role players who are fully committed to working for us and have specialised role play teams for the medical and corporate sectors. As a company, we are proud to offer our clients a wide range of experienced ethnic role players. We are one of a few role play organisations who have a high percentage of ethnic role players on our books. Despite the economic downturn, PrP is recruiting and training new role players for our future expansion projects.
